We aim to deliver within 7-10 days, but reserve the right to fulfil any orders within 28 days, due to stock fluctuations. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days and any delays will be communicated immediately. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days then we can offer a full refund by the original method of payment on request.
Any goods that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported to Shopkrazy! customer services within 10 days of receipt. Any goods reported to customer services after 10 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Shopkrazy! offer a replacement or a full refund for any damaged or faulty goods, on receipt of the defective items. Unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or refund if customers change their minds.
Shopkrazy! has a strict privacy policy and guarantees that we will not sell or give out the email addresses or any other information about our customers or visitors to our site. Shopkrazy! reserves the right to contact customers and visitors to our site with information regarding our products. We DO NOT tolerate spamming or the sending of junk mail by email.
