What methods of payment do you accept? Shopkrazy! accepts payment by cheque or paypal at this time, however we do Intend to increase our payment options in the near future.
What is your delivery policy? Shopkrazy aim to deliver within 7-10 days of your order being placed. For full details of our delivery policy please read our Terms of Service.
What are your delivery charges? Shopkrazy! Will use the most cost effective method of delivery and pricing will Be dependent on the size of an order as well as the weight. We use Royal Mail for all of our orders and at this time can only deliver to the UK. Our usual policy Is to send orders out fully insured, however we can send orders without Insurance on request, and at your own risk.
Do you give refunds? Shopkrazy! will offer a replacement or a refund for any damaged or faulty goods providing we are notified within 10 days of receipt. Please see our Terms of Service for further details.
